Your local library is the hub of the local community – for young and old alike

Regular events are held each week in all of our local libraries – for toddlers, teens and adults of all ages, they entertain the whole community.

Special events are held each month on loads of different subjects. And everyone is welcome to everything.

Advice and help is available with jobs, benefits and health and libraries are used as places for consultation on local matters.

Computers are available for you to use, along with lessons to show you how, drop-ins to sort out your IT problems, and support with government forms etc.

Learn how to craft, play board games and make new friends – or even, just maybe, borrow a book!

Blackpool libraries are managed by Blackpool Council. The libraries in Fylde and Wyre are managed by Lancashire County Council.
