The Friends of Fairhaven Lake (FOFL) is the group for people who love the lake and its parkland.
The Friends aim to improve access for everyone in the community and to develop its amenities by working with other groups that use the lake or its parkland. Why don’t you join in?

Bring a picnic and join the Friends of Fairhaven Lake for a lovely afternoon out!
- Punch and Judy shows (no cost to visitors),
- circus skills fun (no cost to visitors),
- donkey rides,
- shanty singers performance,
- face painting,
- balloon modelling,
- sand art,
- boat trips on the lake (RCC)
- and also stalls from ‘love my beach’, RSPB and the HLF project.
The FOFL area will include a cake stall, a heritage display a tombola, a ‘selfie’ frame with dressing up accessories and a traditional beach cut out board for photographs. The Fairhaven teddy bear is available as a guide and for visitor photographs.
